Customer Charter

Our service pledge is to:

•    Reply to all emails to within 3 working days of receipt
•    Reply to all phone calls and voicemails within 3 working days of the phone call / voicemail being left
•    Reply to all letters sent in the post within 7 working days of receipt

We will also

•    Process all Coach Bowls Membership applications within 21 working days of receipt
•    Process all Play Bowls Road Show applications within 10 days working days of receipt
